A no-code AI agent builder should mean typing what you want in a sentence, not dragging boxes. Four things, all of them plain words:
- Instructions. What it does, in your own voice. You can add rules later, and you can remove them, which turns out to matter: an agent told to “stop doing X” by adding a contradiction on top of the old rule keeps doing X. Ours removes the rule.
- A budget. Per run or per week, enforced before the step that would cross it.
- Tools. The web, your files, a browser, email, your code. Only what you grant.
- An approval rule. Which actions wait for your yes. Anything outward-facing or irreversible defaults to waiting.

1. The lead follow-up
A form comes in, the agent drafts the reply in your tone, and you approve it from your phone before it sends. For a roofer or a realtor this is the difference between answering in four minutes and answering after dinner. Cost: a fraction of a cent to draft, because a draft is one turn on a cheap model.
2. The daily report
Every morning, pull the numbers from the places they live, compare them with yesterday, and send one paragraph. No dashboard to open. The agent runs on a schedule, and each run shows what it cost, which is usually under a cent.
3. The content drafter

4. The website that builds itself
This is the one that surprises people. Start from a template, tell the agent whose business it is, and it rewrites the copy, swaps the sample data and publishes to a real address. The first turn is “change this,” not “invent this,” which is why it costs cents. What “no code” does not mean
It does not mean no repository. Everything the agent builds lands in a git repo you own, so when you outgrow the builder you take the code with you. It does not mean no limits, either: an agent with no budget is a bill with no ceiling, and an agent with no approval step is a liability. The builder’s job is to make both defaults, not options.
