What the service is

Amelias Agent is an AI builder. You describe what you want in plain English, and it writes real software — into a git repository that belongs to you from the first commit. It runs either on a machine we host for you, or on a computer you already own, and either way it can publish what it builds to a live address. Nothing here changes because of which of those you chose; the sections on hosting and on your own hardware say where they differ.

Accounts and sign-in

You need an account to build on a hosted machine. Keep your sign-in to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account, the same way you would be for a set of house keys you lent out. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Acceptable use

Build what you like, with three limits:

• Nothing illegal. No content that is illegal to create, host or distribute where you or we operate, and no software built to break the law rather than to run a business.
• No abuse of the machines. The hosted machines are for building and running your own project — not for mining, not for running someone else's workload through your account, and not for anything that exists mainly to consume compute rather than to ship something.
• No attacks. No scanning, exploiting or attempting to break into our systems, another customer's project, or any third party, using anything Amelias Agent gives you access to.

We can suspend or close an account that does either of the first two, and we will tell you why when we do.

Your content and code

What you write, and what gets built for you, is yours. The prompts, the project, the repository, anything you upload — you own it, and we do not claim any of it as ours. What we need in return is narrow and functional: a licence to store, run, transmit and display your content and code only to the extent required to operate the service — running your build, hosting your site if you ask us to, showing your project back to you. That licence ends when the content is deleted or your account closes, subject to the backups and records described under Keeping, and deleting below and in the Privacy page. We do not use your prompts, your code or anything you build to train models.

AI output

What the model writes is generated, not guaranteed. It can be wrong, incomplete, or subtly broken in ways that only show up once real people are using what you shipped. You are responsible for reviewing what gets built and for what you choose to publish — treat the output the way you would treat work from a contractor you have not worked with before: useful, often very good, and still worth reading before it goes live, especially anywhere it touches money, health, legal advice or anyone's personal data.

Plans, usage and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually, and they renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The plan you are on sets how much building is included each period and what a turn costs past that — shown on Pricing and on every answer as it is generated, never hidden until the bill arrives.

A plan bought on the website is managed on the website — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account there, and it takes effect at the boundary the app tells you it will. A plan bought through the Apple App Store is billed and managed by Apple: change or cancel it under iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, and refunds for it go through Apple, not us, because Apple holds that payment relationship end to end.

Usage credit you buy on top of a plan does not expire. The usage included with your plan resets at the start of each billing period and does not carry over — it is part of what that period costs, not a balance. The free trial includes a limited amount of building with no card required; once it is used, continuing needs a plan.

A subscription is required to keep building and to keep a site we host online. If a subscription lapses, we do not delete anything on the spot: a site already published on our infrastructure stays up through a short grace period, then comes down. Your code is never at risk in that — it is still sitting in your git repository, and you can publish it again the moment you resubscribe, or take the repository anywhere else entirely, with or without us.

Hosting

When we host a site or app for you, it runs on our infrastructure at an address on our domain, or at a custom domain you point to it — see Custom domains. What a given plan can host, and what it cannot, is stated on Pricing: how many sites, and whether the plan includes a server for a site that needs to remember things, like a contact form or a sign-in. Publishing is never required — anything built here can instead be deployed anywhere else from the same repository, on your own account with that host, entirely outside this agreement.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or the website, under Profile → Delete my account. That takes your projects and hosted sites down with it; if you want to keep a site running afterward, move it to another host first — the repository is already yours to take. We can suspend an account for the abuse described above, and where we do, we will tell you what triggered it and how to get back in if it was a mistake.

No warranty

Amelias Agent is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or suited to any particular purpose you have in mind. That applies to the service itself and to what the AI produces through it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows it, Houston IT Developers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Amelias Agent — lost profits or lost data from a bug in generated code, for instance. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not permit limiting it, such as for our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute not otherwise resolved is subject to the courts located in Texas.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes, the same way privacy changes are.
