Each machine is issued a credential of its own, shown once. A machine is reachable by the person it belongs to and nobody else.

So each one is disposable, and everything that must survive it — the code, the memory, the connected accounts — is held elsewhere and handed to the next one at boot. A project that needs more memory gets a bigger machine automatically and is charged that machine's rate, so nobody pays for headroom they are not using.
