Wix plan names and prices, and the absence of a code export, are as read on wix.com/plans on 31 August 2026, which states “Displayed prices are for yearly subscriptions, paid in full.” “Not published” means their page does not answer the question. The right-hand column is what the import does today, quoted from the brief it sends the machine.
What actually happens
Five steps, one field.
- You paste the addressThe one you print on a card. Not an export file, not a plugin, not a login to Wix.
- It has a look before anything is createdIt recognises a Wix site from the page itself. You see the site’s name, its icon and how many pages it found. If that is not your site, nothing has been made and nothing has been spent.
- It reads your pages, politelyOne request a second, robots.txt obeyed. Your live site is your business; ours does not get to hammer it.
- It rebuilds, page for pageThe same pages at the same addresses, your words verbatim, your images as files, your forms working. The layout is rebuilt to be modern and responsive — it is not a pixel-for-pixel copy, and it says so.
- It tells you what it could not bringOne plain sentence for each thing that was somebody else’s service inside a page, and an offer to build the equivalent.

Wix Bookings
A booking calendar is Wix’s service inside your page. It is named at the end, and you are offered a booking form or a calendar built here.
Wix Stores
Products, cart and checkout are Wix’s commerce service. The product pages come over as pages; the checkout does not, and the rebuild says so.
Members and events
Logins, member areas and ticketing are services, not pages. Each is listed in one plain sentence with an offer to build the equivalent.
A site with more than forty pages is brought over forty at a time: the first pass covers the first forty, says so at the end, and offers to do the rest. That number is on screen before you press the button, with a rough price beside it.
After it is here
Your domain points here when you say so.
The rebuilt site goes live on an address of ours first, so you can read every page before anyone else does. When it is right, connect the domain you already own — the same one Wix has been serving — and cancel the old plan whenever you like, or never.
From then on you change it by asking. “Put the holiday hours on the front page.” No editor to learn and nothing to update. And the whole thing is a normal git repository from the first turn: clone it, download it, or hand it to any developer.

Can I export my Wix site?
Wix's plans page, as read on 31 August 2026, does not publish a way to export the site as code. What you can do is bring it here: paste the address and the public pages are rebuilt page for page with your text and images, as a project you own.
Does my Wix site get changed or taken down?
No. Nothing on it is touched. It is read the way a visitor reads it, one request a second, and the rebuilt copy lives here. Cancel Wix when — and if — you decide to.
What happens to Wix Bookings or Wix Stores?
They are Wix's own services inside your pages, so they do not travel as pages. The rebuild lists each one in a plain sentence and offers to build the equivalent here — a booking form, a calendar, a catalogue with a checkout.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. The rebuilt site goes live on an address of ours first; when it is right, point the domain you already own at it. It stays registered wherever it is registered.
What does it cost to move a Wix site?
There is no migration fee. You pay for the work the model does and the machine time it takes, both shown on screen as it goes, and the page count and a rough price show before you press the button. Free to start, no card.
