Looking for a Lindy alternative

Lindy works your inbox. This one builds what you sell.

Lindy is good at the layer above your existing software: mail, calendars, CRMs, the follow-up that never gets done. What it does not do is make the thing itself. If the job ends in a page, a product or a repository, the agent has to be able to build, and that is the difference this page is about.

The Lindy column is quoted from their own published pages as read on 17 September 2026, not characterised. Where their page does not answer a question the cell says so — on a table whose headline is that nobody publishes the price, that is the answer. Check every cell against their site; that is the point of writing it this way.

Where they are better

For an inbox that has to be worked every day, Lindy is deeper than we are.

Agents that sit inside Gmail, Slack and iMessage, with a thousand-odd integrations behind them, are a better answer to “follow up with everybody who did not reply” than anything here. Our integrations are real but there are fewer of them, and we would rather you knew that before you paid us. The line is what the job ends in: another message in a tool you already own, or a thing on the internet with a repository behind it.

The question that decides it

A dollar is a unit you already understand.

Credits are a currency with no published exchange rate. Here the unit is a dollar: what the model provider charged us plus 20–30% — 30% on the trial, Amelia’s Chat AI and Pro, 28% on Pro Plus, 22% on Pro Max — with that rate under the composer before you send and what the answer cost printed on the answer. Free to start with no card, building plans from $10 a month billed annually, and a spending limit on from day one.

And if you want to know who is making these claims: a software company that has shipped for other businesses since 2005.

Questions

Asked, answered

How much does Lindy cost?

As published on lindy.ai/pricing on 17 September 2026: Plus is $29.99 a month per user with 3,000 credits per user, Pro is $99.99 with 15,000, and Max is $199.99 with 35,000, with Enterprise priced on request. Credits are described as roughly a cent each.

Is there a Lindy alternative that is not priced per user?

Yes. Plans here are priced per account rather than per seat, with usage printed in dollars on each answer, and the company plan is a flat monthly price with everybody included rather than a charge for each person you add.

Can an agent here work my email and calendar?

It can send email through the approval gate and work with what you connect, and the Inbox Follow-up template exists for exactly that job. If working an inbox across many tools every day is the whole requirement, Lindy has more integrations, and we would rather say so than oversell it.
